1) Do any of the characters change in the story? What caused them to change? Yes, i think that Charlie changed. He used to be so quiet and shy until he met Sam and Patrick. After that, he became more social. He would even go to parties. So, Sam and Patrick are the reasons he changed.
2) Was there a character that you didn't like? Why didn't you like this character? There was, i didn't like Brad. He treated Patrick, his boyfriend, very poorly. He always had to get drunk to be able to love him. Then the next day he would say "i was so wasted, i can't remember a thing." One day him and his football buddies even beat up Patrick because Brad acted like he wasn't gay and he called him 'Nothing' and a 'faggot' After he didn't stick up for Patrick when his friend tripped him. So Patrick brought up what really happened to his face. That's when Brad called him those names, then Patrick hit him in the face, so all of the football buddies jumped him.
3) How do you feel about this story? Would you recommend it to someone else? Why or why not? I'm not a fan of the way it's written. I thing i would have liked it a lot more if it wasn't written in letter form. I do like the book it's self, kind of. So yeah, i would recommend it to someone who wouldn't find it distracting that it's written in letter form and has lots of repetition. Nobody specific though.
4) How are you different from one of the characters? I'm different from Sam, and Patrick. They don't seem to really care much about what people think of them. They're always themselves nobody where they are. I have trouble being myself around anyone unless it's someone that I've known for a long time or if its someone that I'm close to
5) What do you think was the best part of the story? My favorite part of the book was when Sam and Charlie started to have a thing together. Like, they became kinda like a couple.
6) Do the characters seem real and believable? Can you relate to their predicaments? To what extent do they remind you of yourself or someone you know? I think the characters do seem believable. I kinda relate to Charlie because he lost someone that was very important to him, just like I lost my dad. He misses her a lot just like i miss my dad too.
